Shipping policy

As many of our products are handmade to order, please allow up to 72 hours for your item to be made and sent.  We will, of course, endeavour to send your products out as early as possible.  

We use Post Haste Couriers to send our products within New Zealand.  Please ensure you select the correct shipping method at checkout (urban or rural).  If your address is rural and you did not select this option at checkout, then your order will not be shipped until the rural fee has been paid.  

International shipping will be sent via New Zealand Post.  Delivery times will vary per country.
